To Use: Apply adhesive directly to a thin layer of dry skin (the nipples) hold down to paste for 1 minute, then remove excess glue with a wet wipe.
Maintenance: To remove, moisten a cloth and then carefully take off, wash with soap and water, lay flat to dry for reuse.
